3) Customer Service Rep will go to “The FingerPrintExperts.com”

4) Customer Service Rep will click on “Customer Service” in the upper
Right hand corner

5) Customer Service will then fill out Problem Ticket and submit
Problem Ticket

6.) Level II Support Will Take Care Of It ASAP!!! (Within The Hour)

7.) Status Can Be Tracked Here Customer Service Status
